Fostering a tribe in the work place

When you hear the word "tribe" what do you think of? To me it means a close knit community of people working together to make their environment a better place for everyone in the tribe. There is a common culture that is harnessed to grow and develop. Amazing things can be achieved by these communities.

We are working on something simple to help you better develop your professional tribe within your workplace. This won't be your typical Human Resources Management Software (HRMS), it will be light weight, easy to use, and help you get employee information out of a spreadsheet onto something more portable.

This is our first post announcing our intentions. As we build the software we will tell more of our story. Look for a demo of our software soon with a launch date in the Fall of 2009.
