When not helping customers use the best SaaS payroll system in Canada, the IBEX herd splits its time between raising funds for Habitat for Humanity, cleaning up forgotten green spaces, and building community relationships (even bringing in their new babies to show off to the team!) all while improving their product, and becoming a strong, emerging player in the Canadian payroll market.

The IBEX Herd celebrates the return of NHL hockey to Winnipeg.

The center of the HR world at IBEX is 1-on-1 coaching sessions that each Grumpy Goat has with each member of their team, every six weeks. Making sure these happen on time and that the goals that come out of them are taken seriously is an absolute must for IBEX. Using TribeHR, IBEX has adapted their notes, reviews, and goals, to make this process completely transparent.

IBEX will continue to build an environment where Herd members celebrate individual and group successes; where people will meet and exceed goals set between them and their Grumpy Goat, and where management will respond to feedback from their team about how they can be better. Above all, IBEX will continue to foster an open and crazy-fun culture that's filled with respect for customers and each other.
